Do you have a discount for first time customers?

Sign up for special offers and updates and get 5% off your first order (excludes Sale items). To get your 5% off first order coupon, please complete the ‘Subscribe to our email list’ field in the footer of our website.

My discount code doesn't work, what do I do?

Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, such as ‘Sale’ items, ‘Deals’ items and team discounts. Please first check that you are not trying to use a coupon on an item that has already been discounted.

If the above does not apply to the item/s you are trying to purchase, and your code is within the expiry date (if applicable), please use the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket with our team BEFORE you make a purchase. We are not able to retroactively apply a discount to an order after it has been placed.

My order is a gift can you hide the branding ?

To reduce packaging waste QUICKPLAY products are not reboxed when shipping to customers. The majority of orders are shipped in their sturdy original boxes, which are printed with QUICKPLAY branding + the product name. It is not possible for us to hide this branding/product name from the recipient of the item.

We do not provide gift wrapping service at this time.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice?

You can find a link to download a pdf copy of your invoice in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find this or need further assistance, please use the Contact Us option in the Help Center to open a support ticket with our team. We’re here to help if you need us.

Missing refund after order cancelled

If your order has been cancelled, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days (although it is usually quicker than this). Please be aware that timeliness of refunds are typically out of our control, as they are processed by the payment partner and your bank.
